It looks as tho the HP TouchPad finally has a release date. The tablet ships on July 1st with pre-orders starting on June 19th. Devices configured with 16GB with run you $499.99 while the 32GB will be $599.99. HP has also announced a AT&T version coming later this summer.
To be honest its really hard to see HP pull out of this one as a champion let alone a competitor in the mobile os market.
