No Galaxy Tab 10.1″ for the Germans. Apple wins again.

Apple has done it again and put a swift end to all those KIRF manufactures. This time they are going after the largest KIRF manufacture on the planet. In the epic battle for, what seems like middle earth, Apple gets in a swift upper cut to Samsung’s ability to sell the Galaxy Tab 10.1″ in Europe. The Netherlands happens to not be effected by the injunction; meaning they can still get their hands on some Honeycomb love. Note that the competition laws in the Netherlands differ from the rest of Europe. The injunction is focused on the design aspects of the products not hardware or software patents. I can imagine that it is hard to grow in such a small market if your products keep getting shut out.
