Microsoft Store: Challenges, Skype, And Birthdays?

So I took a lovely stroll down to my local Microsoft store with my dad, so he could pick up his new thrifty HTC Titan II, and while I was there I couldn’t help myself from gathering some information. The first question I asked was directed to Paul, an employee at the Microsoft store in the Mission Viejo Mall, “how much longer is the Smoked by Windows Phone Challenge going on for?” He said, “For another week most likely,” I asked this because I was stupefied it was still going on and with no end in sight. The challenge was supposed to end on the 21st on April last time I checked.

The Microsoft Store will even host Birthdays, Quinceaneras, and even Bar Mitzvahs. Just schedule a party ahead of time and you will be on your way to playing with the latest gadgets and gizmos. You can even bring strippers if you really want to see all of the things that make this world worth living in, in one designated place.

For a fun fact, while I was at the Microsoft store I was playing around on one of their many computers ready to be tinkered with and heard a random noise coming from the monitor. So I checked what was open and it so happens to be that Skype was running while being connected to 8 other Microsoft store across the U.S. So if you have a friend that is out of state and is conveniently at the Microsoft store at the same time as you, go visit and say hello.

One last thing, take this survey and help improve the Microsoft stores. You can request them to carry a more wide variety of PC gaming peripherals and even to host gaming tournaments!
