Art Lebedev Optimus Popularis Keyboard Demonstration [CES 2013]

James Nauman January 9, 2013 CES 2013, Gadgets, Keyboards No Comments

One item at today’s CES that really had me interested was the Art Lebedev Optimus Popularis keyboard. Not only was this thing clean, compact, and visually striking, but it has one of the most clever features I’ve ever seen. Its transparent keys, which can be mapped for particular functions, feature icons or set macros tailored to your favorite game. It is completely customizable.

The exhibitor at the booth showed off some examples (seen below) of some games and programs the keyboard supports. This thing would be particularly useful for editing programs like Photoshop and Illustrator.

For more exciting CES coverage, keep it Noble!
